Our Pre-Arrival Concierge makes trip planning easy and turn-key. Also, all services, tours, and activities booked through our pre-arrival concierge or butler are at-cost. We do not mark them up in any way.
In short, the villa captures the essence of your own home by the sea with the event-sized social spaces, infrastructure and impeccable service of a small luxury boutique hotel. A daily chef-prepared breakfast is also included and chefs can be arranged for exquisite lunches and dinners as desired and the butler and his staff see to it that his guests are impeccably attended.
Yessenia, our onsite cook, greets you every morning with a smile and a complimentary gourmet breakfast. She’ll serve you one of Punto de Vista’s tropical champagne mimosas, before whipping up fluffy, flavorful eggs to order. Breakfast also includes an array of tasty local dishes, fresh breads, cereals, and other morning surprises, all served with a side of spectacular ocean views on the dining terrace.
To ensure all our guests are taken care of with the utmost attention, our concierge only takes phone calls upon appointment. Please work with your group leader should you need support from the concierge.
Once you’re on-site, you’ll be provided with your property concierge contact information so you’ll always be able to get in touch with them when you need assistance!
Transportation to and from the villa isn’t included in the stay, but can be arranged for you by your pre-arrival concierge. In fact, we recommend that since it makes the experience much more seamless than booking on your own.
During your stay, the concierge can drive you to places close by in the beach buggy or help you call for a taxi service to ensure your safe transportation to and from the villa.
Yes! And unlike most villas in Costa Rica, it doesn’t need to be requested – it is a part of your stay, just as it would be in a luxury resort.
